"Location Location Location! Beautiful property nestled into the side of the rainforest! Very close to the Beaches and Luquillo Kiosk. El Yunque National Rainforest is next door."

"The Casitas section in which we stayed was beautiful; enormous room/suite and everything spotless. Great housekeeping daily, the grounds manicured, the pools delightful. Food in the various restaurants was good, not great, and a little pricy. The main pool area very nice - the waterpark great for the family for a few hours, and the private island was gorgeous. Downsides: was encouraged to order groceries for the room and sent a list as directed to the concierge. No groceries when we arrived, so ordered again. Pricey. They were delivered - but we were missing at least a quarter of what we had ordered and no refund! Much better idea is to get an Uber to the nearest market and do your own shopping. I wish too that we'd gone ahead and left the complex to Uber to local restaurants. The biggest, best thing about this place is the service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and happy to help. Loved that!"

"Cleanliness/Inside the room: All the beds all had hair and debris. only one of the towels smelled fresh and clean. The other ones were either not washed, or were stained. The hot water worked fine. The air conditioners were cold very quickly. The listing mentioned washer/dryer, but there were none in the unit. Check In: was a challenge, but all directions were displayed outside the reception door. I felt it was perhaps too exposed for sensitive information. However, it was easy to follow. I tried texting the number, but they never replied nor reinforced the steps to follow. Parking: it is a corner location and during peak hours, cars go by a lot and fast, but after a few times of trying it and getting to/from, you get better at it. There are about 4 spaces in the front and about 6 tight spaces on the side. Location: Very busy and loud. For me, it was questionable and I was glad I had a group with me. I do not recommend this place for solo travelers. A man passed by, slowed down right behind my car, asking questions about the place. And that made it even more suspicious and questionable."

"Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay at all..we weren’t there long before we booked an alternative hotel and moved the next day. Firstly - there was no staff when we got there. The room did smell like it had been cleaned and was tidy but the smell of disinfectant was really strong therefore not pleasant. The hotel was really dated and the front door of the hotel was like an old UPVC door that did not shut properly or lock and with no reception staff, we just didn’t feel particularly safe during the night therefore didn’t sleep well, although that may also have been due to the small hard bed we were on. You could hear everything outside the room and I heard a guest tell who I assume was the cleaner that he had cut himself pretty badly on something from his bathroom and there was a lot of blood (on the towels). This made me uneasy as to what he cut himself on as it sounded like it was something from the room, not his stuff. Our showers hot water tap only worked if you turned the cold tap enough therefore making the shower cold. And when I went to dispense the soap, the dispenser broke. Safe to say we were up and out before 9am and moved to a different hotel/location which allowed us to salvage the last part of our trip. I get it’s a 2 star place and maybe my expectations were too high but for what we paid, it just didn’t reflect the experience. I’m just gutted I didn’t realise until it was too late and wasted our money."

"Hotel was great, not as crowded as other reviews. staff was very helpful. Food came quickly. Drinks were great as well. Beach was amazing and there was always room on the ferry. I do recommend a rental car to see local attractions- specifically El Yunque."
