"The Aloft Hotel is well located 5 minute walking distance from the Sir Yapi Mall. It is internally connected to the Sheraton Bursa and the included breakfast at the Sheraton was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, but although the concept of Aloft hotels is great this hotel is in need of a little TLC/upkeep."

"We love to stay at Almira. It will be our first choice in Bursa. We have been here 5 times. All the staff from the reception to the bell boys and spa staff are very friendly and very helpfull. Thanks to them all to make Almira a wonderful place to stay. We live the spa, it's the best thermal spa in Bursa and they have a spa and thermal only for woman. I love it. The food are very delicious in restaurant. We can recommend the place. "

"The hotel have clean, well-maintained, and comfortable rooms. The staff are very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The Breakfast offers fresh, delicious and a wide variety of products. Apart from the fact that the lights inside the closet couldn't be turned off and the towels were very thin, there were no problems. The rooms are soundproofed, offering a comfortable stay."

"Perfect location, perfect breakfast BUT a) they never answered an email of mine, asking for help with car rental, b) wifi and internet didn't work for 2 whole days, they said it was my phone problem (which, by the way was working perfectly even in the buses from and to İstanbul), c) no room service during the only day we needed it, i.e. Saturday and d) the main lamp of the room broke the 2nd day, I didn't bother asking them to look at it.
