"Concierge and front desk nice. Breakfast was average but staff pleasant. Coffee at front desk bar is good but the barman tried to give me 3,000 KZT change in coins which would have weighed about 1kg in my pocket. Step back to 1998. This is a Kazakhstan problem."

Вномере идеально чисто, постельное белье свежее, а матрас и подушки невероятно удобные -выспались на славу. Персонал на стойке регистрации очень вежливый и отзывчивый, быстро помогли с заселением и ответили на все вопросы. Обязательно вернемся снова!"
