"Truly gorgeous space. Right at the heart of the town square (Zócalo), bed was very comfortable and all went smoothly with check-in. They were very understanding about my delayed arrival. Had a tiny issue with the keypad locking up once but they resolved it quickly. Would stay here again!"

"The property was nice and clean. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle on Expedia but didn’t respond to my request via app to book the shuttle so I had to call them and they said they did not in fact have a shuttle. I’m an elderly woman travelling solo so I was really nervous to arrive at the Oaxaca airport in case taxis were unsafe, as I’ve experienced in other countries. Fortunately it was OK but I would have chosen a hotel with a shuttle and avoided the stress if I hadn’t been misinformed."

"City Centro by Marriot Oaxaca was a great hotel! It was very clean, comfortable with great accommodations. The staff was very professional and courteous! We really enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant, and appetizers and a drink at the rood top bar before gong out for dinner. If we come to Oaxaca in the future, we will book at this hotel again!"
