"Nice little place. Well maintained and has new fixtures and decor in the rooms. The pool area is very nice with a good sized perfect temperature pool. Definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"I was in my Penticton on the Saturday that Summerland was evacuated. The staff at the Balcoma were incredible! I checked out a day early and they were so understanding, they even waived the last night without me having to ask. I cannot say enough good about the staff and the experience, during an emergency."
