The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport which makes it convenient it you have an early or late flight. Food options are very limited since there are not many restaurants or groceries around. The room was clean and comfortable but the a/c could have been colder. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to pick from. The staff were friendly and helpful

I visited Lisbon for three days and staying at Ikonik Lisboa Hotel was an excellent choice: the staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. I loved my stay, everything was perfect. If you want quiet might not be the place for you as it’s right next to a fire department, you hear lots of alarms, I didn’t mind it at all although some might.
Everyone there was very polite, their food was pretty decent. Even though everyone’s English was very good they were delighted that I spoke some Portuguese to them. Overall very positive stay. My only take away was the construction noise near by and the planes flying overhead.
