"새로 리모델링 했다고는 하는데 완전히 새 것 같은 느낌은 아닙니다. 화장실에서는 모텔 특유의 불쾌한 화장실 냄새가 변기 주변에서 올라 옵니다. 그리고 결정적으로 모기! 이렇게 모기 많은 호텔은 처음 봤어요. 일단 지하 카페테리아에는 전기모기향을 상시 틀어놓고 있습니다. (모기가 많다는 뜻이겠죠?) 방에도 뿌리는 모기향이 배치되어 있고, 실제로도 자는 내내 모기가 돌아다녀서 제대로 잠을 못잤습니다. 아침에 모기를 결국엔 잡았는데 (2마리나) 한 마리는 어찌나 배를 불렸는데 피가 빵 터지더군요. 한강라면 무료 제공에 웰컴 드링크 처럼 음료수도 제공해줘서 서비스는 참 좋다고 느꼈는데, 시설물의 관리가 조금 부족하다 해야 하나? 아, 그리고 어메니티 무료제공 아닙니다. 가끔 블로그 글 보다보면 어메니티 무료라고 써 있는데, 2000원씩 받습니다."

The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!
The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. Everytime i go to korea, i stay here because of the benefits of the location. But really the bedding is excellent. Very comfortable and nice. The restaurant is amazing too. I recommend all meals to try.
