The City Inn was perfect! It’s brand new and very spacious. The location is ideal and is within walking distance to historic sites and restaurants. The service was amazing!
Everything was perfect but the shower temperature was not as hot as one might like it to be. The staff was incredibly nice. The dining room staff was superior and I watched a woman take abuse from a man complaining about croissants that was unfounded. She remained so calm. I had to speak in defense of the croissants to say I thought they were perfectly delicious. So breakfast was great.
It was very very very good. If the water was hotter, it would get all 5 stars.

Amazing place and amazing service minded staff. We lost our wallet in a buss and the reception desk staff turn every thing to get into contact with the buss company and the next day we had our wallet. So nice and its quite in city center as well.

Room is modern and new, and very clean. Easy walk into town. Great communication from hosts, easy self check-in.
One thing to note is that there is no elevator in case you have a lot of luggage/accessibility issues, but would still highly recommend - 10/10!
There's really nothing to fault about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide terrific service and ensure that all of my needs were met. Esat in particular was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was in excellent shape.
The food in the restaurant was also much, much better than one might expect, all at a reasonable price There was little or no need to eat out. There was also a small supermarket right up the street to purchase...
Good location to city center. 10 minute walk. Very helpful and friendly. Same breakfast each morning... omelette, etc. They have good taxi connections at a bit better price—E13 from airport. Taxi always within 5 minutes. Thick towels. Very clean. 4 star to me.
I recently sent 4 nights at the Margo Square hotel in Pristina. The location is excellent right on the main boulevard. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Most of the attractions are a short walk from the hotel. You can also get a taxi, just at the next cross street.
My room was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. I always appreciate getting a complementary bottle of water when I arrive. The bathroom was a great size with an excellent shower.
