Really clean area and quiet neighborhood. Most of the staff were really nice and welcoming, a few not so much. Really great management and very helpful with customer needs. Restaurant food is overpriced though and takes a while to get your food. Laundry and breakfast service was top notch!
Wonderful staff who go out of their way to assist and make your stay comfortable. Clean spacious rooms. WiFi was available in the room but my connection was best in the reception area. Linens need refreshing and breakfast choices are limited. Great deal for the price and we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Kumasi.

We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all.
I come to Kumasi every year and so far this has been the best apartment/hotel experience. Breakfast is decent, room is clean, environment is quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay!
Management was excellent especially whenever the city experience electricity issues, they made sure the power plant runs 24/7.
