The folks checking us in Angie was exemplary example. Our TV did not work and she gave us an upgrade to Exec room with awesome TV and all channels. Later organized an amazing spaghetti dinner for us (on demand made to order just for us as vegetarians!!!!) . The lady serving us in the dinner room was most friendly and took great care of us. The chef is really awesome !!!!! and the English breakfast was delicious with home made veg sausages for us!!!!!

We had a pleasant stay! It was very hot when we arrived. The first room we were given did not have working air conditioning. However, we spoke with Josh at the front desk, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a room with working air conditioning. Josh is a valuable employee and deserves a raise in how well he goes above and beyond for the customers. One main point, all the rooms are advertised having working air conditioning. The Rollestone was the absolute highlight of our 16 day trip through the U.K. and Ireland. It was a beautiful, spacious home, located a stones throw from Stonehenge and a quick drive to Salisbury. We loved the rooms. Our two children were well accommodated and treated excessively well. The food is AMAZING! Above all other perks, the staff was excellent. We were always comfortable and well taken care of. We will most definitely be back.
