Very good service from check in to leaving . Excellent food both , full English breakfast . And the Haddock & Chris My only minor issue was a too firm mattress for my liking This does not detract for the 5stars I have given .

Very pleasant stay. It was a Tuesday evening, so quite quiet but staff very friendly and helpful. No time for breakfast in the morning as we had an early start!

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Accessible room very clean although walk-in shower/wet room needs upgrading as traces of dark mould on tiles and shower seat. Restaurant and bar very nicely decorated. Delicious food with generous servings.

Great staff, excellent bedroom, shower, bed etc. The breakfast was exceptional, good choice and cooked to order. Evening meals (starters, mains and desserts) were all superb, personal favourite was the prawn linguine. Good choice of beers, wines and spirits. Great location, easy to find and a large car park. Would definitely stay here again

70th birthday party

This hotel was top class accommodation staff perfect in every way cleanliness very good Location was very good Really enjoyed the breakfast

6/10 Bueno

Clean place to sleep, helpful staff and the fan was really appreciated since we visited in peak summer heat. Also great with a kettle and bottles of water in the room and that the rooms were in a separate builing from the pub. We also really liked the breakfast (would however be great to be able to choose a yoghurt bowl as well for us with digestive issues in the morning). Some things can be improved though. The toilet was very hard to flush, the mirror in the bathroom had a big discolouration running along the bottom of it, there was dead bugs in the room, the shower kept turning hotter by itself and the toilet roll holder was coming out of the wall. It really could be a 10 out of 10 place with some small modifications.
