"The rooms are very spacious. Not your typical cookie cutter motel room design. Felt genuinely relaxed in the space. They do not have smart TV’s so no streaming available, was told upgrades are planned for spring. Not a deal breaker for me during this stay but just something to note. River views and balconies drew me to choose this property. Proximity to hiking areas but also Convenient to Brattleboro for funky downtown shops and restaurants. Recommend Echo Lounge for good food and drinks....

We did not expect the flat-screen TV, so it was a treat to have. Don't let the lack of restaurant bother you: There are plenty of great choices around, though you have a bit of a drive. For a leisurely romantic weekend, I can't think of a better place. "
