"The hotel is nice and the staff very helpful. But it has no elevator and the stairs are narrow. The room is spacious for two people but not for four. The extra beds is a coach. It is suitable for children. There is no closet, only a hanger less than one meter high. There is no place to hang long clothes. There are no curtains in one of the windows. My room faced East so the sun got into the room very early. The lamp switch of the lower room is on the upper floor.

"This place is a perfect option for staying somewhere affordable and comfortable. Only 15 mins away from Banff, 5 mins from Canmore. Lots of food/grocery options in those towns and keeps you close to the park for easy travel. Bed was comfy, kitchen/bathroom was clean. The woman who runs the front office was very polite and has a super cute dog. Overall, the place gives off a glamping vibe which was perfect for what we wanted, which was to stay somewhere affordable and close to the park. Cheers!"
