The room we booked was pet friendly- very big/steep stairs that the dogs had to navigate, if you have a dog that is a senior or have mobility issues check with the hotel to ensure your room is on the main floor. Train was very loud and close by- but didn't disturb us. Great customer service, close walk to downtown. Clean, we will stay again "
