I have absolutely not one single bad thing to say about this hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful, as we booked a room literally half an hour before checking in, and it was super smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we had a lovely balcony as well. Very quiet area and hotel. They also have a communal balcony from which to admire the city of Cluj, since the hotel is on a hill a bit outside the city center. Excellent bedding ansld toiletries, as well as the breakfast. The best stay I’ve had in a long time including travel in Europe and United States. I arrived nearly at midnight with my young son after 24hrs of air travel. The owner waited for us, took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning she made homemade breakfast for us at 11am when we finally woke up. I cannot day enough about this place. Exceptional in every way and exceedingly preferred to the large, impersonal chain hotels.
