We left Marrakech a day early to escape the motorbike fumes. We booked this property on a whim as it was near the Ourika Valley and we're so glad we did!
We drove a rental car and just a word of warning: Do not trust your GPS! This location is quite remote off a dirt road and our map took us on a joy ride through a remote village where we were the only car. It was quite treacherous but also the type of vacation memory we will have forever! Once we arrived at Les Jardins De Taja it was like...
Big and clean room with separated seating area and huge balcony. Amazing mountain view from the balcony of the room. Very helpful and nice people. When we were not certain if our navigation system worked correctly, they arranged to meet us and provided clear directions for us. It was a wonderful stay, and the food was great and authentic. We liked also the nicely decorated dining hall and the roof terrace.
I was honored to be the first guest after the reopening post-pandemic. I especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking the Ourika Valley. The Kasbah is located in a rather vertical village known for its ceramic work. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well decorated and spacious. Kamal, his wife and Souffiane made my stay enjoyable and relaxing.
Our favorite stay yet! We had the most incredible stay at the Cle Del Sol. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and made us very comfortable. Rooms were excellent and always clean, food was excellent and very authentic (also great portions). It was a quick taxi to the local gardens. We cannot wait to return to this absolute gem of an oasis.
This is literally an oasis in a desert. The property has large rooms with modern bathrooms and a nice common area. The pool is terrific - even as it was a bit cold, we enjoyed swimming and lying out on the pool deck. Food was very good, cooked to order (breakfast and dinner). Staff was very accommodating, including procuring wine for our dinners.
