I have absolutely not one single bad thing to say about this hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful, as we booked a room literally half an hour before checking in, and it was super smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we had a lovely balcony as well. Very quiet area and hotel. They also have a communal balcony from which to admire the city of Cluj, since the hotel is on a hill a bit outside the city center. Excellent bedding ansld toiletries, as well as the breakfast. My friend and I stayed for three nights in a two-bedroom shotgun style apartment. We had to call to get the front door code at check in, but someone answered right away and it only took a few minutes to get inside. The rooms were spacious, decorated with antiques, with a small kitchen and bathroom. The hotel was off a quiet street, very walkable, and in a great area. This was hands down our favorite hotel on our trip, and we really enjoyed our stay!
