"Amazing stay with excellent staff. ,10 out of 10 for location to Newmarket. We used ubers to get into town which were around $12 each way. Bed was a bit hard but overall one of the best stays in Auckland. Breakfast was included which was a bonus."

"Excellent hotel. Wait staff in Queens Head were great. Kamrul greeted us daily, brought barista coffee just as we liked it without asking us after first day. Very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. I would return."

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!
I loved this room, it was a little far from the city center but it was very clean, spacious, and I loved having a kitchen and the private bathroom. Very comfortable stay, I would absolutely stay here again!
I arrived after hours and the key retrieval was easy. During the stay the room was cleaned very well and the staff was always friendly and accomdating.

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.
Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everyone made an effort to chat and help (traveled with infant). CBD about a 20 minute drive, depending on traffic, and highways easily accessible. Property was clean, everything worked, and the room was pleasant and comfortable.
I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my trek around NZ, and liked it so much I cancelled the hotel at the end of my trip and booked this one again. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathrooms are huge. Location is ideal. Staff are super personable. It was my favorite hotel of my six ones I tried throughout the country.
The hotel is close to everything: a public car park, a supermarket, great restaurants, and cafés. The surrounding area is clean and quiet.
The room was very clean, and the details were carefully taken care of. The bed was comfortable, and there was no noise from outside.
The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv. Really enjoyed this hotel especially the spa, would stay here again if we come back to Auckland in the future.
Room was spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast but their restaurant near the lobby was excellent and tasty. Enjoyed the hit tub but wish it was a little hotter.
