"Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very responsive to queries. Good location, close to mall, highways and restaurants. Second time we stayed . Our trip was for 11 days so we had a great feel for long term housekeeping. First rate. Parking was always available for our rental car. Overall would recommend. Thanks again Sandman!"

"The place is rundown with some things fixed up well. The breakfast is delicious and it was free which we were not expecting. It was very noisy and people running in and out all night slamming doors. First the entrance door would slam and then the room door. It went on until 3 in the morning. It was worse on Thursday night than on Wednesday."

"It was all wonderful especially George at the front desk who went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you George. You helped make our stay very special. ( I managed the Crossroads back in the seventies when it was a Motel, Lounge, Restaurant and Tralier Park) It was great to reminisce on this new and improved property. My wife and I recommend this place to everyone wanting a great place to stay near Mount Pearl and St.John's. Great job Crossroad's Staff."

"I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!"
