"We had a wonderful stay. The room was basic but nice: clean, hot shower, decent beds, good wifi. The hotel amenities were great, with excellent common areas such as kitchenette with fridge, jacuzzi, outdoor lounge areas, recreation and wellness areas. The proximity to the national park cannot be beat as the hotel is just steps from the entrance. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful."

"The property was in the forest saw a sloth, frogs, toucan. Giovani and Louis were just outstanding with everything helping with where to go great breakfast and lunch showing us all the critters at night it was one of the best experiences so far on our trip"

"The location is very special for bird spotting. We also saw cappuccino monkeys and local squirrels. And macaws! Great pool, has hammock, but the best part was Jessica at the front desk! She was so helpful with my questions and just a great person. "

"Its a family friendly hotel. Hot sprinds are nice. Breakfast was also good. Hotel building is bit old and washrooms were average cleaned. Only 2 towels were left initially. No comforter in the room. Front staff was nice and they gave them to us. "

"We enjoyed our stay here as well as the easy proximity to the cloud forest. Our daily breakfast was delicious. Any wonderful way to start our day. We even saw Coati’s playing around in the yard while we were eating. The rooms are outdated, but they were clean. The view from our room was spectacular."
