"A very beautiful hotel; everything is new and modern. The staff are very kind and polite, even though they don't speak a word of English. It is a bit difficult to reach using navigation apps, as the streets are narrow and congested. They have parking, which is very important in this area. The breakfast is generous and varied. "Easy located on the main road from Van past the airport in the direction of Akdamar ferry.Check in was professional. Room was excellent, good amenities with great views over Lake Van. Check in was professional. Wine was expensive even by Turkish standards and beer was in the higher price category. Food on the Lake Terrace was very well presented and decent value. Reception was shocked when I asked about Hotels.com offer of ‘20% off food and drink purchases’. You are able to stroll a little along the Lake side. Metres away by foot was a recommended good value restaurant but asI was dressed in shorts I thought ( looking at the clientele ) I was dressed ‘too casual’. I would stay again."
