Pleasant and peaceful hotel within walking distance of the amphitheater and the other attractions. They were very kind to give us a small gift because we were celebrating our anniversary. There was also a complimentary bottle of water. The room was comfortable, and there was a tower fan that was nice as I stayed in the summer. The breakfast seemed to be designed with health consciousness in mind. In particular, there was a good selection of cold cuts and cheese.
This hotel was wonderful! They welcomed us with champagne to enjoy as they helped with our bags and showed us to our rooms. There were some complimentary snacks and water for us in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food. The location was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel!
We booked a room for 1 night as our son's wedding reception was held at the hotel. When we arrived, we were met by very attentive wait staff. We enjoyed a wonderful light lunch with the wedding party, then checked into the room. What a wonderful, quaint, beautiful, comfortable room! The hotel was very quiet. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. It's a great location, right by the old Roman gates. It was the perfect mix of historic with modern comforts. It was clean and a very nice room. It was everything I was looking for and more.
It's unusual to have a hotel fit your exact needs. It's not fancy, just friendly and efficient. Convenient location. The front desk is not manned evenings, but that wasn't a major problem. If you don't need a full-service hotel, try this one.
My son left his jacket with his house keys in the room. 2 days later we called and they had it locked up waiting. Great staff, great location, great stay!!
We were treated very well by the staff, our room was great for couples, the hotel itself looks amazing, the food was awesome, the location along the Moselle River was beautiful & serene.
Very nice room and staff were great. Great location! Easy walk to everywhere. I will say many stairs. Steep narrow stairs. We were on top floor and with a stroller had to walk many stairs many times. There is a tiny elevator but it only goes up one floor and you still have to use stairs to get to and from it. So if you have issues with stairs this is not the place. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay.
