"The room was clean although it seemed bigger in picture. The staff were helpful to an extent. I had ordered room service to bring towels up and nothing was brought, I then went to go to reception to request it again. For the standard and price of the hotel , a smart TV should be available. Having access to only Dutch channels wasn’t helpful at all. Previous Leonardo hotels I’ve stayed in, smart TV’s have always been available in the rooms. So to be told that there aren’t any at all in the hotel was very strange to me. The checkout procedure was also rather long, maybe more staffing required"

"Very nice hotel, very nice and supportive staff. Breakfast is very good. Especially location is not in the very center but it is just at the meeting point of all the public transportation. Just şn front of the hotel you can reach anywhere in holland"

"Very good location. Helpful staff. They have a M lounge for Marriott members with complimentary continental breakfast and beer and wine in the evening. Very nice and quiet. Bar is also very good with more choices. Walking distance to museums. Overall excellent property and location."
