Hotel Vis a Vis is absolutely gorgeous! I am truly overwhelmed with its beauty and the amazing staff. The front desk staff are so welcoming with outstanding customer service. The view from the rooftop is beyond imagination-one of the most beautiful views in Italy. Maurizio at the restaurant is just incredible. The food delicious. These suites are very nice and luxury. Check in is a block away at Miramare hotel. We walked here from train station. Breakfast was very upscale and delicious with a beautiful view of the ocean through the picture window. We loved the easy train access to Cinque Terre (without the crowds) and Portofino, Santa Margarita.
Good hotel with nice secluded pool and sitting area (though we did not use). Roadside setting requires transport to nearby seaside town. Connected restaurant was average quality. Good breakfast and nice, accommodating staff. Had to leave a day early and was only asked to cover the hotel's Expedia markup.
A nice little place in a great location! Very easy walk to the beach, trains, and into town. Room is nice enough, only had a few complaints but they wouldn’t stop me from staying again are:
-there was no actual mini fridge, just a wine fridge and nowhere to plug it in.
-construction woke us up at 7:30 one day and cleaning woke us up at 8 another day. Cleaning would also unplug the wifi to vacuum.
-first place we’ve been that you have to give the front desk your key when you leave each...

Lovely place set in the mountain away from the noise of Cinqueterra. Michael and his wife and their staff were just awesome. Their restaurant was fabulous and an amazing breakfast was included. We had a first floor room so no steps yay! Michael made a great fire in the pit each night . A beautiful courtyard to enjoy drinks by the fire.
The staff was very helpful with everything we needed on where to park to how to get around. Breakfast was very nice and the rooms were so pretty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The staff all know your name, your dining on the finest china, with the best silver, the products are Acqua di Parma, the breakfast is incredible.

Due to medical reasons I was not able to navigate the premise. Angela and staff were amazing in helping my wife and I to cope as well as find suitable accommodations for the remainder of our stay. Would highly recommend to everyone.
