Found Principessa Pio on an Internet search of places in Ferrara. The photos looked great, but they frequently do, while the places often fail to live up to them. Not so in this case. The Pio has just a few rooms along with a restaurant in a recently renovated barn. The fit and finish are of a very high order with a minimal aesthetic throughout.
