There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!"

The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
