I really liked this place, despite some eccentricities. Estrella del Norte is run by a few generations of a Canarian family, and feels like a family-run establishment. The building is somewhat dated, but boasts fantastic views both ways, of the sea and nearby Teide volcano. They keep it spotlessly clean, and are very welcoming. We were looking for a quiet getaway something different from the south and we found it! This hotel offers excellent service, good breakfast, a quality spa, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. Set in the mountains, there is hiking near the hotel and it offers many things outside to relax, hammocks, each room offers a patio with a table and chairs. If your looking for a quiet getaway I highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting again in the near future.

Was excellent was really close to everything brilliant location especially if your young right in the middle of everything you could want water sports nights out food shops over all the hotel was amazing everyone was berry helpful and friendly and being someone who's Spanish is very bad they were able to help me so much.
