"When we booked the location, we had the impression that it was seaside. It is on a very busy avenue across the street and down a couple blocks from the seaside park. It also is on the bus route into Trieste. We were able to park our rental car there at no charge."

"Perfect location about 7 minutes walk from the station and less than 5 minutes walk to Canal Grande. Very easy to follow instructions on how to check in as it was after the manned reception hours. Great view from the balcony so you can relax, enjoy the weather and the views of the Adriatic. Would definitely stay here agin."
