Outstanding reception and stay! The gardens were beautiful, hotel was perfectly chic, and the room was comfortable. Upscale shopping outlets and movie theater are within a block...and a nice walking path to a lake with a fun, casual bar are all in the neighborhood!

This is a very nice inn. It reminded me of the gasthauses we sometimes stayed at when I was growing up in Germany. If you're looking for a major brand name 5 star full service, this isn't it, but it's not supposed to be. This was perfect for my business trip, wonderful staff, great breakfast, excellent room (I had a junior suite). This hotel was a surprise. I didn't think I' d truly like it so much. The staff was extremely friendly. The decor of my room was genuinely to my persal taste and style. Great location the city market, restaurants, cafes, and social night life. Special note: The hotel's college student employee, sander, was not only willing to help me carry my bags to my room, he handles administrative matters professionally. He and the entire staff represent the hotel well. This hotel is a gem find.
