"The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. This was our first time in Chicago and at the Nobu Hotel, but definitely won’t be our last. We’re already looking at booking our next stay before the summer is over. Also note, the area has great restaurants and close proximity to everything."

"The room was clean and the bed was soft. The chrome cast never worked despite repeated calls to fix it. Bar/restaurant kept interesting hours making lounging inconvenient. The design aesthetic was nice, but the iron work that is shown in photos aren’t on every floor. Convenient to the Blue Line and Red Line."

"Marathon weekend and they didn’t disappoint! This is my 5th time running and 5th different hotel. I wanted a kitchen this time so I booked early to get the residence inn. The rooms are clean, staff was really nice, breakfast was well stocked. The atmosphere is updated on some levels, but not all, but the $$ reflects that. would stay again. Definitely the best part was the staff. With a few hotels on strike it was pleasant to see staff who enjoyed their job!"
