"There was no information given to us at check-in or a Binder in the hotel explaining about the hotel or places nearby. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, parking was over $30 a day, the hotel was completely outdated. Sometimes the water didn’t work or it was yellow water coming from the tub. The elevator had to be manually turned on every single time we went to the second floor, which was a great inconvenience, considering we had two young kids and often brought the stroller to our room with us. "

"Overall, the impression was good — the room was clean. There were three of us, but only two towels were provided. I received SMS messages offering feedback on the service quality, but no one responded to my replies. The bathroom was completely empty and lacked space to leave clothes. "

"Really dirty room with used makeup towels on sink and clearly fresh blood on blanket on one of the beds. After requesting a new blanket multiple times someone finally came. The pool is by reservation only and so we were only able to have 2 of our 5 guests use it due to it already being filled and we got to the hotel at 1 vs the 4pm check in. The breakfast buffet area was dirty and very lacking for options. Overall a disappointing stay. "

"I was booked for 2 nights but I stay just 1 night and let the sonesta receptionist aware that i am checking out early but they have still charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. Even though I made them be aware that i have connected Expedia customer service that I can check out early but sonesta still went ahead to charged me 2 night fee. I need my refund "

"The restaurant has amazing food and it’s open longer than expected. The room was clean and the beds are so comfy. The only thing I didn’t like is the room didn’t have a refrigerator. But the safety was great and the staff as well!"

"The room was clean and the staff was nice however the bathroom needs a major upgrade. The tub and knobs were below average. The bed was comfortable. There is curtain that separates the closet however it needs to be swapped out with a door or nothing at all because it can be a little scary entering a room with a curtain in front of it. The hotel hallways smelled stale and needs a deep cleaning or change of carpet to get rid of the smell. The hotel holds a lot of history however it needs cosmetic upgrades. It’s a beautiful hotel. "
