"The bungalow we stayed in had a code to enter the bungalow. The code the gave us didn't work. So they gave us an alternative code. The same code that works for all three units you switch the last number. While we were at the beach the guy in the 2nd bungalow entered the alternative code on our bungalow and came in. He also stole my wedding ring. I've reached out to the company through email and I've called 7 times and left voicemails. They won't respond. We will never go back our safety and...

"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...
