"Front desk staff was incredible; answered every question we had, printed bike route maps for us, and made recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Very reasonable rate, breakfast (made to order) included, and coffee available 24/7. The room was very clean, as was the entire property."

"A little more attention to people waiting at front desk would've been nice. Our bed was SUPER hard and felt like metal bar around the edge of it. Guess I'm just accustomed to my bed but never felt a bed like that before and we have traveled MANY times."

"Clean stay. Wouldn't opt for poolside if we stay again. Didn't choose it but next time we'd like lake view second floor. Kids in the pool early. Which is fine. Perfect for families, just not for us. Friendly staff."

"Room and hallways were clean and appeared to have recently been renovated/upgraded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and popular with the guests. Needed more coffee to keep up with the crowd. While the property was generally clean, one minor note for the management, it was Saturday night/Sunday morning and a trash can near one of the entry doors was full and had other boxes, and trash piled up next to it. A quick walk around by staff would have seen it and it could have been emptied."
