"The air conditioning was fine but the kitchen basically has nothing in it. You would not be able to cook in there without going out and buying your own stuff or bringing your own stuff"

Shower floor mat was dirty on one side and folded over to hide it. Room was clean and bed was good. Had to turn switch at entry to get power for most of the room so lights at bedside and charging of phone."

"Great hotel stay at the Hyatt House Provo. Room was very spacious, the staff were all helpful and the breakfast was very good."

"Room had a new TV that was not set up yet. We figured it was new because the box and trash was still in the room. There was a vent leading to the outside that could not be closed so we heard the freeway all night! Was not worth the money I paid."

"Pet friendly facility which is fine but it was not stated a dog show was going on before booking room. Our room smelt like a pet store. Hair on everything. If the beds were any harder they'd be plywood with sheets on them. For the cost of the room I was not impressed and actually did try getting a refund 10min after checking in but everywhere was booked out."
