This was our second stay here, and we were recognized by a large number of the staff. The only issue was the cleanliness of our bathroom. The tub had a few stray bits in it and looked a bit grimy. The rug in the sitting room was beaten up. But hey, those issues might be caused by the dogs. There is dog-friendly, and then there is dog-friendly. I have never stayed at a property where I saw more dogs than the Arras."
