The Inn is right off of main street, easy to walk to everything, and it’s such a cute place! They have 2 dining areas with an egg dish, muffins, and fruit and bread every morning; it was delicious! Coffee and tea is available 24 hours. The room and bathroom we were in were both clean. They came in the morning of our second day to make the bed and replace the towels. Our family stayed in multiple rooms for 2 nights in April during spring break so we could visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The hotel was one week new and in a great location. The staff was friendly, helpful and on point. They really did a great job with the guests. The pool is an average size, nice, heated, and there is an outdoor space as well. For the price, we were expecting much worse but were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and comfortable, and we felt safe. Would recommend.

very charming place. Rustic and fits into the setting well. if you are looking for modern this isn't it. if you are looking for unique, comfortable, and old country home feel, this is it.

Note: We stayed during Cooperstown's off, off season. Review: We were there for a conference at The Otsaga Hotel. We wanted something a little more cost effective. This lovely little hotel is rustic, but clean. We had hot water, heat, and THE ENTIRE PLACE to ourselves. Talk about peaceful! The proprietor was helpful, answered her phone, and this place is only a 14 minute drive to Cooperstown.

Mike was a great host and made a great breakfast. Covid protocols were followed carefully which was important to us. Great stay!

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This is one the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a mix of a historical building with good amenities and friendly service. The whole canal area added to the experience.

Check-in and check-out were painless. The room served us well and the best part was that the place is pet-friendly so our dog could stay with us. Great cereal choices for the continental breakfast. We only stayed one night -- no issues.

This place is awesome. Austin is the absolute best/coolest host our family has ever met. If you are going to Cooperstown, stay here. The drive to Dreams park is about 20 minutes down a 2 lane road that is very serene and fun to drive. Cooperstown downtown is about 15 minutes away.
