I booked this lovely property in the north of Sardinia at the last minute. They were very accommodating and communicated quickly through What's App. A door code is provided with a key at the desk for my room. Generally speaking, there is no staff on the premises except during the breakfast; but again very responsive to texts. I had a little problem with my shower door and they fixed it right away. This resort exceeded expectations- incredibly friendly and professional staff, the suite was spotless and spacious, the property itself is gorgeous and unique. The breakfast was beautiful and we enjoyed dinner outside for 3 nights which was delicious and well priced. Service at the restaurant is exceptional. Also a shout out to David and Isabella, the bar team at the pool bar who were lovely and gave warm service. Every detail of this place is well thought out and I can’t wait to return one day.

We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning.

The location of the hotel is incredible. It's next to a nature preserve and the hotel landscaping makes you feel as if there is a continuation of the nature preserve onto the campus. The staff couldn't have been nicer and accommodating, except for one person, front desk gal, that could care less. Food manager accommodated us with panini since we got in so late and she couldn't have been lovelier. It's a memorable hotel.
