"I was expecting a roach motel. The combination of price and quality is astounding, to my surpris. Air conditioning and heater are so quiet, I wondered if they were on or not. the location was very strategic."

"The staff were very helpful. As our arrival was early due the overnight flight they adjusted the housekeeping staff schedule and we were able to check in at 11AM. They also gave us suggestions on dinner locations. The room was small but clean and it worked for us. There was a bar and a sitting room off the lobby where we relaxed and had a coffee. Breakfast was good, wait staff were friendly and efficient."

"This property was in the process of remodeling outside. They needed information, copy of passport app was unable to take pictures. They got the information upon arrival. Our room was located on the top floor no elevator, the stairs are steep and tall. The room was perfect, bed was soft, shower appropriate. They supplied a small fan which was nice since the room was hot. Would recommend but not recommend the stairs."

"Very convenient location right near Albert Hall, ideal for our Proms visit. Staff everywhere were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and functional with excellent wifi, though a bit small for a double and had only 1 chair - that was ok for our 1 night but perhaps not so good for a longer stay. Buffet breakfast was good value, with plenty of food and lots of choice. It was a pity we arrived at the refectory just as a school group was going through so self-service was a bit slow and chaotic, but you could go back to get what you missed when the queue subsided. We ended up sharing a table with three delightful young Chinese girls keen to chat, an enjoyable bonus."
