Amazing does not begin to describe our experience here. Frank(chef) and Arusha ( hostess,) were so friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful, clean, relaxing and maintained so well. The dinner prepared by Frank, consisting of probably the best filet ive ever had, was perfect and the service was over the top.
I can honestly say that this was one of my best,if not the best lodging experiences ever
I would not hesitate recommending this to anyone starting or finishing their safari from...
We felt very welcome at Kaswende Farm. Family Kaswende was very hospitable, the farm is a beautiful place a few km away from the main road, between mount Meru and mount Kilimanjaro.
Rivertrees was a lovely start to our exploration of Tanzania. It is located in Arusha less than a ten minute drive from the town and the National Park gate. Our first ever game drive was organized by the hotel and was very productive and exciting. They also organized transport for us from the airport and to our next property. While the latter was expensive, the location was very challenging and that was not the fault of Rivertrees or their contracted drivers.
This property is beautiful including...
Kiboko Lodge is beautiful and quiet with a warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is beyond accommodating and amazing. They were so kind and helpful and arranged a driver to take us into Arusha the next day. We booked this lodge very last minute and when we arrived at 11pm they had an entire feast ready for us. Even late at night when we had issues with the power, they accommodated us so that we could charge our devices. I cannot stress how beautiful and special...
Merci c’était top l’endroit est top, la chambre est très spacieuse. Le personnel très agréable. Seul bémol l’eau chaude qui n’est pas très chaude mais tout le reste était parfait
Mount Meru is a step back in time. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was extremely kind. We needed a late check out and they were wonderful with that. The dinner was delicious. The breakfast leaves with more to desire although they did have an omlet station which was great. There was plenty of hot water for 3 women to take consecutive showers. I would definitely come back and stay.
FRIENDLY STAFF.
Staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were nice and clean. Swimming pool made our stay more interesting.
Thank you for the wonderful service.
Incredible Staff greeted us after a long travel day.
After flying from Denver we landed to find out our accommodations previously booked were no longer available. Kili Seasons Hotel saved the day and we were able to transfer our booking to their hotel and they even arranged a shuttle from the airport for us. After a long passport control line on top of an already big travel day, arriving at Kili Seasons to warm and friendly staff made the day feel worth it. We were offered hot vegetable soup...
We stayed here right after our safari and the place was heaven sent! Wonderful spa (the best massage I’ve ever gotten!) and romantic birthday dinner at 3 Hut. The entire staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. Our Cottage room was lovely and very comfortable. I highly recommend it!
Don't let the ride there dictate what you're going to think of the hotel because trust me the right there is really brutal but it is so so so so so worth it extremely beautiful the hotel itself is exceptional staff are very good I greatly enjoyed it I would show you some of the pictures but apparently there's no way to do that but I'm telling you it's worth it
This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues.
We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous. This experience...
The experience here was truly unique. My wife and I felt taken care of from start to finish, even though we only had one night there. On any return trips to Arusha, this will be our preferred lodging.
