Everything about this place was charming. The made to order breakfast was exceptional and hands down one of the best I had on my two European trip. The gardens were intimate and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room just delightful. The entire hotel ambiance is delightful. Parking onsite or at park across the street is easy. The only negative, I didn't know to make a dinner reservation for restaurant Vanderijck down the street and it was all booked up. We headed to Eindhoven and...
Don't follow GPS!!! The road is closed in front of the hotel and you have to look at the map instead. We were very lost forever late at night. Having said that once we were there it was perfect.
Everything was great! The staff were wonderful, the place was nice and quiet, but close to everything, clean, well-appointed, and everything you could hope for.
I have stayed in over 10 hotels all in one month in The Netherlands, and this is one of my favorite. A true 4 star hotel. Two complaints I have are that the sink is kind of small and you can only get into the hotel through the main entrance. It would be nice if I can enter through another entrance because my room was at the end of the hotel and it was quite a long walk. I would go back again if I ever stopped in Eindhoven.
