What a beautiful and nice and quiet place in a small hamlet, close to the Gironde! The room was large and very inviting, and the bathroom was huge! We stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The hosts were very nice and pointed us to places in the area to explore; without those hints we would have missed the market in Royan or the towns of Meschers and Talmont. Amazing room; wonderful decorative touches; beautiful grounds; wonderful breakfast with amazing croissants and natural yogurt, among other things. Helpful staff and the grounds were amazing and provided a relaxing environment and chance for wonderful photos. Free wifi, and check in and check out was very easy. Helpful recommendations for local dinner.

Pascale, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She helped with dinner reservations and information about the area. Breakfast was made to order in a darling dining room. The entire property was charming nestled next to a vineyard. On-site parking and a lovely garden were a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here if you are interested in the Medoc area,

The reception was amazing. She even supplied the ice cubes we asked for. The room was impeccable. Great vibe. One of the most comfortable hotel rooms we have booked in this price category. We even had an outdoor table and chairs. So quiet. Updated with comfortable beds. Great English speaker too.

This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for” - reasonably priced in a great location, with an excellent breakfast and very good staff, so what’s missing? Firstly, the hotel has no parking and the streets all around are full of cars looking for a parking space…we spent 40 minutes looking and ended up 15 minutes walk from hotel. Next, WiFi - despite hotel saying it’s available the service doesn’t connect reliably and drops out constantly. Third, the rooms are small - although the...
