It's important to understand that the star system tells you important things about the amenities, as well as the price. A/C is extra here, and the rooms are small but clean. The location is top-notch for dining and sight-seeing. The breakfast (extra charge, as is universal in France, but in this case a very small one) is wonderful, with many local products. Above all, the staff are lovely and extremely accommodating, including for example fixing an air conditioner and supplying a power adapter....

It is located just minutes on foot from the center of Montmorillon and everything you want to see and do is easily accessible. The owners are also just lovely people, who know how to make you feel welcome and give you your space...
