We travel a few times a year and stay in different hotels and properties. We absolutely loved this very unique resort. The staff were so professional yet very personable. They were there to truly serve the guests and to make sure every need of their guests are made. Thank you all for making us feel valued. Melissa, the room director was extremely helpful. Stayed for one night as I was moving out of my apartment. I had an early flight the next day and they were very accommodating. One man at the front desk was extremely helpful in weighing my very heavy luggage, and bringing it to my room. Only complaint was the luggage stand was broken when I got in there, but not an issue as my smaller bag had all the items I needed. Nothing to do with the hotel but if you are like me and have a lot of luggage, getting an uber to the airport in the morning is...
Clean and modern hotel with excellent breakfast. It is walking distance from the airport and provides shuttles to airport. It is far from shopping areas. It is 40 minutes walk to the nearest beach.
The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.

From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.

Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.
A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!
We loved our stay at the Hotel Ambassador! The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near old town and there are plenty of parking options nearby if you’re renting a car. Lastly, the staff is awesome and were very accommodating when we had to make some last minute changes to our stay. Although one of the more expensive options in the area, it was worth every penny.
