What a delightful surprise. The hotel is discreetly hidden from the city life, you wouldn’t know it’s there but for the Hotel Leonor sign outside. Walk in through the front door and it feels like an oasis. It has a beautiful contemporary lobby, inviting bat area and a beautiful inviting courtyard. I could spend an afternoon there sipping on my favorite drink, which I did! The room was clean, modern and high ceilings. Will definitely return!

The staff were amazing! We were dealing with a lost passport situation and Damoon, Lea, and Penelope were especially helpful in assisting us with making necessary phone calls, appointments, and printing copies of documents. They really saved us from a lot of extra frustration. A big thanks to all of them! The room was clean and comfortable - everything we needed as we dealt with a difficult situation. We will definitely return to this hotel if we are ever in Strasbourg again.
