My wife and I first visited Grand Hotel Dino several years ago on a tour, and the beautiful images remained with us. We decided to return this July and it was everything we remembered and much more. The hotel is spectacular and the scenery is as well. Hopefully on our next trip up north we will bring our entire family including our grandchildren. We know that they, too, will just love it.

A wonderful breakfast buffet. If you are arriving by train, it's a bit difficult to access: too far to walk with luggage. It over 1 km from the train station. If you have a car, it's wonderful. You can walk to town easily without luggage and spend a half-day there.
Grand Hotel des Lles Borromees is a wonderfully elegant hotel set lakeside with beautiful grounds and gardens. My wife and I extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights - expensive, but well worth it.
