"Where to start with this place... Honestly, such a hidden gem, set in a very tranquil countryside farm setting. What they've done with the hotel is amazing, a 400+ year old chapel (finca) which has been tastefully renovated and now serves as a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was amazing, welcomed us warmly it was like visiting a family member that you haven't seen for a long time. "Only stayed here for a weekend with breakfast but enjoyed the time spent at the hotel. Location is really good with a short 10 minute walk to centre or 20 minute walk to the harbour. A trailered road train will take you around the are for 5 euros of 3 euros down to the harbour if needed. Rooms, toilets, restaurants and pool area were all very clean. Only had breakfast at the hotel but was a good range of food such as cereal, fruit, yoghurts, pastries, hot food and bread. Would happily stay...

"The hostal was perfectly located in Cala D’Or. The room was decent and clean, but the sheets and towels need an update since some of them were torn and had holes. We had everyday room service with new towels, paper and shower gel. Also upon check in we got beach towels and an umbrella to use during the stay for free which was a pleasant surprise. All in all we did like the stay at Hostal San Francisco and would recommend for the price."
