"The room was reasonable and the shower was hot. Unfortunately they did not clean the room when we asked for it to be done so attention to the customer was lacking. Also this was the first hotel in all of my years of traveling that only gives a complimentary breakfast to one person of a double occupancy! They wanted to charge extra for my partner! "Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic.
