"Friendly staff and a beautiful property in a quaint little town."

"Parking better than expected although chargeable. Breakfast excellent. Evening meal OK but not as good as other Paradors we have been to."

"The property itself was nice however we had an elderly person with us and specifically requested a room on the bottom floor and they did not have it available. And we also put 3 people in our reservation and there were only 2 twin beds. Luckily they did bring one up but still made the poor old woman walk up stairs. The attendant was new, it was her first day so she had to call the owner for every single request, many of which they did not accommodate. And breakfast was just a piece of toast. Nothing else."

"Fabulous small hotel built into the town walls many of the features must be original.the staff m as described us feel welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left .for us two oldies it was home from home . We had dinner and breakfast both excellent and the dinner was very reasonable price wise ,and nobody was rushed through their meals as is now a common trait. ."

"All elements pertaining to the hotel were fine, Staff, Room, Parking. Only issue was the hardness of the beds."

"We had a very short but very pleasant stay in this hotel. It sits right on the main square of Zafra so it's an easy walk to everything. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have a basic breakfast included. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. It is certainly not a fancy hotel but I would not hesitate to stay here again."
