"We arrived late for a quick transit, and the reception claimed there was no reservation for us, despite me showing the email and app confirmations. Finally, they gave us 2 rooms, at a different rate, and we were escorted to some rather run-down, musty rooms on the top floor. The phones didn’t work, so we had to come down to place an order for room service. Food was okay. Breakfast buffet included, but starts only at 8:00am, ridiculously late for a hotel near the airport. "Me and my wife stayed for a night after long flight. They staff were very polite and helpful. At bar and restaurant , the bartender and the attendent were very pleasant and nice. Overall their Hospitality is A1. I will stay again"

"Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. Not suggested try something else other than this"

"The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel."
