"The place is great, a little far out from Mérida center. This place has great potential if maintenance of the villas was done correctly. Lots of things that are in decay, issues with water, fans, mold, rust, etc., normal degrading stuff that with good maintenance should be kept in good working condition. The cleaning is every other day, but sometimes they don't do it, so you will need to keep pushing to get it done. The gate keepers were awesome and always very responsive to any issues or needs...

"A non-luxury luxury hotel with a very basic breakfast. However, the rooms (yet basic) are very clean and the staff was superfriendly in any regards, which was all what we have been looking for. The hotel met all of our expectations and is an excellent choice to book for some days as a base in northern Mérida."

"The single room was very small but smartly outfitted with clothes hooks, outlets and lighting. The bathroom took up half the room so was a good size. Air conditioning and wifi were great. The door technology was quite impressive and unexpected, but a very nice touch. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pool was also quite nice but could have been cleaned more often due to the dead insects floating on the surface."
