The property is very new and clean and shiny. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool is positioned nicely in the shade of the tower. You can enjoy the pool without worrying about sunburn. The pool was filled with playful children. Perfect for families. (Not a quiet honeymoon style pool experience). Staff try very hard. Since the hotel opened recently some staff lack some experience. Guests must be aware that alcohol is not served in this hotel.

Its not the first time I choose Wyndham Garden Manama (WGM), and the experience is the same always. The suite was clean and staff very attentive. I will always select WGM as my preferred location when staying in Bahrain, Manama.

The hotel is excellent and represent a real five star hotel with two observations that could be improved: - Concierge and valet parking is slow most if the time there is nobody around the door. - Buffet breakfast is not so good not enough choices and not very fresh.

Check in was smooth and the staff provided us with anything we needed. The hotel is also located close to shopping and leisure activities. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. If your in Bahrain for a short or long trip. Look no further than this hotel. They don't get much better.

The reception staff were very helpful, they checked us in hassle free and upgraded our room which was a nice addition. I enjoyed staying at Somerset with my family and would come back again.

This is my second time staying at Elite Crystal. The location is perfect, the facilities are better than most. All rooms come with a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, and depending on the room you get, you can have a bathroom inside the bedroom, or else it's right next to the bedroom in a separate room. Very spacious, and classy. There's Klub 360 downstairs of the hotel if you want to experience a nightlife. The food at the hotel restaurant is great as well. The gym was well put together,...

Great location, clean property, Lovely staff with warm welcoming

It is starting to get noisy at night due to the huge parking lot, not associated with the hotel, aligned next to the hotel. Parking is chaotic during late nights. People block each other. So, no surprise that one angry driver would beep all night to be let out. absolute inconsideration to thousands of sleeping residents and guests. Atiram staff are well aware of this issue and have no control over this. I personally, love my stay and the services provided. Especially the personal care they pay...
